Venu is the founder of ‘The Business Parables’, a business appreciation program that uses the power of storytelling to help participants discover business principles, concepts and values.

 

Venu is a start-up specialist with a focus on identifying and developing strategic initiatives by building effective internal and external ecosystems. He runs a venture acceleration program that helps early-stage startups build their ideas into sustainable businesses. He helped setup two accelerator centers and adapt an internationally recognized acceleration program to India.

He has over seventeen years of experience both as an entrepreneur and intrapreneur. His corporate development experience includes spearheading critical strategic initiatives for multinational corporates. As the senior team member at ProLogis and as head of India for Redwood Group, he helped formulate long term joint ventures and alliances with reputed local groups with secured equity commitment in a very difficult environment. He founded two firms in the area of logistics and built them into successful businesses.

 

Venu holds an MBA from INSEAD and his articles on strategy and leadership have been featured by prominent global knowledge platforms. He is also the author of the book ‘The Business Parables, the big picture through short stories’.
